• Our Service Desk infrastructure is an integral part of our platform. It includes a web portal for your employees to enter service requests for various departments, such as IT for solving technical problems, for HR to address employee issues, need for new employee and status changes, etc. Such submissions automatically create work tickets that are routed and tracked for satisfactory completion.
  • Our web learning management system, similar to what’s found in many colleges, is also an integral part of our platform. It may be used also for certifications to specific jobs and to obtain state incentives for employee training, where such are applicable.
  • For some organizations we can manage and guide employee technicians, for most other organizations we provide also “boots on the ground”. For distributed organizations, like a dental group with a few or a few dozen offices, it means you don’t have to employ any IT technicians, and Dansoft will provide very cost effective support for anything from running cables and new electric circuits to regular desktop support.
